Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

What will you do?

  • Diagnose the issue & respond to the customer within established timelines utilizing standardized solutions/DTPs
  • Resolve basic issues related to the users profile
  • Resolution of day to day tickets logged by French users
  • Customer service: dealing with e-mail and phone queries, maintaining a regular relationship with suppliers and client
  • Refresh DTPs on a constant basis
Qualifications

What we expect from you:

  • 1,5 years of working experience in the Time & Expense domain especially in Concur (or any other tool)
  • Ability to work under time and work pressure
  • Proficiency in excel and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with demanding client  
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams across countries
