Partnering with sales, we translate technical requirements into practical business solutions. We ensure our customers and their end users are successful by making the internet work for them. Through building relationships with our Media & Entertainment customers, you will deliver innovative solutions that will impact millions of users. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for: Creating sales opportunities by managing the presales technical process and demonstrating Akamai's technology to customers. Managing the technical proposal process and ensuring all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate. Tracking account activity for business analysis and reporting. Designing technical solutions to meet our customer's needs. Leading sales activities such as Technical Demos, Customer Analysis Reports (CAR's) and Proof of Concepts (POC's). Be a customer advocate, passionate about delivering technical solutions. Demonstrate experience with presenting technical topics to diverse audiences. Having experience working in a customer-facing technical role is desired but not mandatory.
