We act both: retroactively - detecting and determining the actual course of events using analytical methods and computer forensics; and proactively - providing advisory services aimed at delivering solutions to prevent financial crime in the future. In a business dispute area we work with organizations and their lawyers across a range of jurisdictions, offering them independent expertise or the insight on how they need to strengthen their case. As part of the multidisciplinary Forensic Team you will lead or take an active part in IT Forensic and e-Discovery engagements in Poland and across Europe for all Deloitte clients. You will participate in building and maintaining relationships with clients. This will require from you: the ability to identify and address client needs; participate in client discussions and meetings; communicate a broad range of firm services; manage engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents; and balance project economics management. As you will be responsible for further development of IT Forensic and e-Discovery practice, you will be actively involved in developing the technology roadmap for the future. The main scope of duties could include: Forensic data acquisition from computers, servers, mobile devices, Managing e-review Relativity platforms, Designing and deploying mobile e-review & processing environments, Providing IT forensic analysis of computers and mobile devices, Processing and preparation of data for further e-Discovery processes If you feel confident in working on challenging and technically complexed issues combining IT Forensic and e-Discovery, have experience in and you are willing to make an impact on the further development of our fast-growing Forensic Team, please keep on reading. So, if you also have: 3 to 5 years working in a technical environment, Experience in the direct management of technical team(s), IT project planning and delivery, Knowledge of the eDiscovery process, Knowledge of journaling and backup systems, Experience in working with repositories like document management systems, Experience with software development languages and scripting: SQL is a must, VBA, Python, PowerShell (one of these languages is a must).
