As a MDM Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading implementation of multiple and complex global MDM projects and change initiatives. Reporting to the Global Master Data Management CoE & Process Lead, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to local markets, global IT, Change and Customer Solutions, and Program Delivery. Accelerate value & make an impact by: Leading, managing, and executing multiple parallel MDM projects and initiatives related to new MDM solutions deployment, MDM business transformation efforts and MDM service transitions Deploying best-in-class and globally consistent MDM architecture, which includes tools, data structure, methodologies, change strategies and ways of working Acting as a Single Point of Contact for large global MDM projects and the received and forwarded of critical information Delivering measurable business value, quality and cost savings as a result of the MDM project implementation and process improvements Master senior stakeholder management and communication to deliver the best possible results for change acceptance on the next generation MDM solutions "Be part of a team inspired daily by our passion and pursuit of life-changing treatments for patients." -- Sanjay Patel, SVP & Global Head of TBS Required qualifications: 5 years in Master Data Management with an in-depth understanding of the SAP/MDG/SLP system and data architecture Extensive Project and Program Management Experience, managing x-functional project teams in a global working environment Proven record of successful service transition delivery Ability to lead effectively and work concurrently across multiple priorities in a goal-oriented timeline-driven, and dynamic work environment, with quality and accuracy. Confident and persuasive with strong influencing skills; able to articulate clearly the benefits of the Master Data Operating model and to win stakeholders 'hearts & minds' to support the transformation initiatives and new ways of working Customer centric and solutions orientated aptitude with demonstrable experience in providing solutions based on customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with evident relationship building with professionals of all organizational levels.
