IT Helpdesk Team Coordinator

For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for IT Helpdesk Team Coordinator.
Within this position you will be responsible for monitoring current operations within the team on a daily basis, managing the workload in line with SLAs by organizing, prioritizing and making effective workload allocation decisions. You will be identifying issues with processes handled in multiple team, increasing the level of processing knowledge and supporting trainings of new employees. You will be backing up the team manager as required.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English skills (C1). Previous experience in team management/coaching will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have strong service orientation, positive attitude and high interpersonal skills. The ability to influence others and communicate effectively with employees and managers at all levels is also essential
