Customer Service Coordinator

For our Client, a FMCG production company, we are currently looking for Customer Service Coordinator who want to join to them and develop professional career in dynamic business environment.
Your main responsibilities on this position will be:
Ongoing control over the implementation of orders placed by customers (completeness, timeliness) and time payments, moreover ongoing supervision under the logistics process and costs of logistics services including cooperation with transport service providers, finding new transport service providers. You will introduce new indexes of finished goods, raw materials and semi-finished products into the system, supervision over the stock levels of finished products. Moreover you will supervision of the complaint process (reviewing, processing, recording of complaints and corrective and preventive actions taken).
We are looking for experts who want to develop professional career within an international with experience in customer service role. If you have ability to work in a team and work under time pressure, you have high analytical skills and ability to take business responsibility contact us. Knowledge of SAP system and very good knowledge of MS Excel is needed. English is a must, knowledge of French will be an advantage.
