Accenture Operations  provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.


What will you do? 

As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle Business to Customer relations with our customers. Mainly, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing excellent customer service in an inbound customer contact environment via chat
  • Providing Business to Customer Support services with emphasis on online advertising sector, and social media
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction experience

Qualifications

What we expect from you:
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Good grammar and typing accuracy skills
  • Stress resistance with strong cultural knowledge (global news, recent events)
  • Avid user of social media
  • Computer literacy and passionate about internet 
  • Customer service/Call center experience nice to have 
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts across 7-day workweek- mornings, evenings & nights depending on project needs
