• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL's systems and databases through interpretation of insurance contracts and associated correspondence handed over mainly by our Underwriter teams and/or external customers.


• Production of insurance documentation such quotations, renewal policies, certificates and endorsements together with understanding of legal requirements and country specifc data.


• Frequent communication with our Underwriter teams as part of the document production responsibility.


• Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data


• Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items


• Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues


• Clearance and sanctions checking


• Electronic filing of documents


• Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed
