| Opis stanowiska: |
Our production facility in Bydgoszcz, where we design and produce carton-board folding boxes for international clients from the beauty, personal care, healthcare, confectionary as well as tobacco industries plays a pivotal role in our European Operations. We are looking currently for an experienced and talented professional to undertake the future leadership responsibility for this site. HOW YOU WILL IMPACT MWV
You will be responsible for day-to-day management of overall factory operations (over 250 people) and establishing priorities and direction for management professionals to ensure efficient production processes, quality products, clean and safe working conditions and an excellent return on capital employed. In close cooperation with the local team, the international sales organization and other MWV plants in CEE region (Austria, Czech Republic and Russia) you will also support creation and execution of new product strategies and initiatives on regional and European level. Furthermore you may serve as project leader for various operational initiatives. In your function as the Plant Manager you will also quite often interact with external customers and support our commercial team to maintain and develop superb, long-lasting relationship with our clients. This position reports directly to the Vice-President, Folding Carton Operations Europe, based in Geneva/Switzerland. |

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED In order to become successful in this role you should have extensive related experience including previous managerial responsibility in running internationally oriented operations. Furthermore you should have very good theoretical and practical knowledge of manufacturing, quality and safety processes. Excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills along with business acumen and a strong customer orientation should be evident fundamentals of your management style. Solid grasp of cultural, behavioural and situational leadership practices gained from working in a corporate environment as well as a good command of in Polish and English round out your profile. |
